Student Declearation
- I agree that the Management of Victoria Campus PVT LTD reserves the full right to revise or change the aforesaid payment plan at any time at their discretion.
- I understand and agree that the payment structure would differ in a case of a center/batch transfer. I agree that the registration fee, graduation fee, tuition fee and OTHM registration fee is Nonrefundable.
- I agree to make the relevant installment payment by the second Wednesday of every month.
- I understand and agree that Victoria Campus Management has full authority to not include students in lectures and to not mark assignments if the student has not paid their monthly installment or OTHM fee by the deadline provided.
- I agree to use the Student ID number provided by Victoria Campus to me as a reference / remark for all future payments made by me to Victoria Campus
- I understand that if my Student ID number is not clearly stated in my payment receipt, it can result in the payment not being verified by Victoria Campus
- I agree to maintain 80% attendance to officially receive my certificate in Diploma course, Certificate course.

Rules and Regulations
- All the students adhere to the rules and regulations that are framed by the Victoria Campus.
- Students are not supposed to leave early the classes without any permission of the lecture or the responsible person of the campus.
- Students are not allowed to go outside during the class hours.
- Students are required to maintain absolute self-discipline. Misbehavior of the students will result in severe disciplinary actions.
- Students will strictly adhere to be in the classes on time and no excuses for late comings.
- Students must adhere to a proper dress code.
- Every student must carry his / her identity card inside the campus and identity must be proven with the identity card whenever asked for.
- Attendance must be maintained by students. 80% of attendance is compulsory to appear in examination.
- Mobile phones must be kept in silent mode in the classrooms, and labs. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during the lecture.
- Eatables and beverages are not allowed inside the classrooms and labs. Students should have their meals in the lunch area.
- Damage to the property of the campus caused by students will be duly recovered from them.
- In case of illness or any other reason permission has to be granted from the lecture to remain absent from studies.
- It is compulsory for students to take all the assignments and examinations during the course and exemption to a student from the assignments or examinations is permitted in case of hospitalization or any other proven reason.
- No guests or visitors shall be allowed with the students inside the campus.
- Registration fee and the first installment should be paid on or before the class commencement.
- Registration Fee is non-refundable due to any reason.
- The zoom link will be send only the day before the class commencement, if the students are registered for online classes.
- Scheduled class timings will not be changed due to any circumstance
